CrossFit Endurance

CrossFit Endurance is a program that is used to teach the proper mechanics of running as well as various training methods for distance races such as Tough Mudders, Triathlons, Marathons, or even just your local 10k charity run.

Learning the correct technique to efficient running will increase your speed and endurance as well as prevent injury to allow you to run farther and faster with less effort.
