HIGHBAR Foundations

Highbar CrossFit Foundations Class in Ashburn, VAHIGHBAR foundations program is mandatory for those new to functional training and barbell movements. Over the course of 2 weeks (6 classes: Monday, Wednesday, Friday) you will be taught our seven core barbell movements as well as our metabolic conditioning movements which will give you the knowledge, understanding, and practical application of these training tools to effectively transition to our Crossfit program.

You will be educated on our model of coaching as well as guided on how to effectively use this program to “ramp-up” your current level of fitness throughout the foundations period and carrying over into the crossfit program. This program is essential to building the foundation of safe technique to preserve the longevity of your body’s health and fitness!
