Getting Started

Find out about Highbar CrossFit

Give us a call or email us to set up a free, introductory session.  During this session, you will meet our coaches, learn about our approach and see our facility. We will also take this opportunity to learn more about you, including your current fitness level and your personal goals.

After your Introductory Session

If you are new to functional training and barbell movements, you will be required to attend a two week foundations program specifically designed for new members.

During this 6 session program, you will be introduced to the proper technique of the fundamental movements, learn how to track your progress and how to become a more self-sufficient athlete.  Once completed, and you can start attending our regular classes!
