
Highbar’s CrossFit program is focused on exercise that improves general physical preparedness through increasing several physical capacities such as strength, power, cardiovascular endurance, coordination, balance, and flexibility.
In our CrossFit program you will be exposed to weightlifting, gymnastics, kettlebell training, plyometrics, running, rowing, and many other forms of exercise. We put significant time and effort into constant re-evaluation of our program – making use of the most functional exercises, and eliminating those that are less functional and yield a higher risk of injury.
We strive to convert members into thinkers who train smart, and for longevity. A CrossFit program is only as good as it’s ability to get one fit, and allow that person to keep exercising throughout their lifetime.
Members of our CrossFit program all participate in structured strength-training, supplemented with conditioning circuits, skill practice, mobility, and core work.
